FSSAI-clean. Expiry-aware. FIFO by default.
Food businesses live on dates: best-before, manufactured, dispatch. Biizline wires expiry into every move, runs FIFO by default, and prints invoices that won't make an FSSAI inspector frown.
The six things that quietly cost you a margin point.
Expiry that nobody pulled forward
Stock sits in a corner. Comes up in three months as near-expiry. By then, it's a write-off.
LIFO mistakes on dispatch
Dispatch grabs whatever's closest. Newer stock ships before older. The old stock expires.
FSSAI invoice fields
Manufacturer license, batch, MFG/EXP date — these need to be on the invoice. Your generic billing software doesn't prompt for them.
Returns of near-expiry from retailers
Retailer returns a carton 20 days before expiry. Now it's your problem. Decide: discount-and-resell, or write off.
Cold-chain breaks
Frozen items dispatched on a hot Thursday. Truck broke down. Now what?
Festival demand swings
Diwali sweets demand at 4×. Post-Diwali at 0.3×. Stocking decisions get made on gut.
From quote to bank reconciliation — in one loop.
Open the app at 7:30am. By 8pm everyone — the field, dispatch, accountant, owner — has done their day inside the same system. No stitching, no forwards, no "I'll send you a screenshot."
4 kinds of food. Same plumbing, tuned defaults.
Packed Food
Snacks, ready-to-eat. SKU-heavy, festival cycles.
Spices & Dry Staples
Pulses, atta, oil, salt, sugar. Bulk + retail packs.
Dairy & Frozen
Cold-chain. Daily indent. Strict FIFO.
Processed Agri
Pickles, sauces, jams. Batch-traced, FSSAI-strict.
Don't switch. Just add Biizline on top.
We don't ask food businesses to throw away the things that already work. We slot in around them and do the parts they don't.

The things food owners actually ask us.
Does FIFO really work without manual picking?+
Yes — pick lists are sorted by expiry. Override exists for special cases (e.g. large customer wants long-dated only). Each override is logged.
Are FSSAI invoice formats supported?+
Yes — manufacturer license, batch, MFG/EXP, FSSAI no. of buyer (where applicable). Templates are state-aware where rules differ.
Can we manage cold-chain?+
Cold-chain SKU tagging, dispatch grouping, temperature-window flags. We don't track sensors — but we make sure the right things go on the right truck.
Festival stocking?+
12-month rolling sales view per SKU with annotations for festivals. Useful for buyers who plan ahead.
