How do you handle batch numbers?+
Every receipt creates a batch with COA + manufactured date. FIFO/FEFO suggested at picking. Trace-back is by batch, customer, or dispatch.
MSDS versioning?+
Each SKU has versioned MSDS. The version current at dispatch date is what gets attached. Old dispatches retain their original MSDS for audit.
Hazmat compatibility?+
Configurable rules per SKU pair. The system flags at dispatch creation, not at the loading bay.
Different GST per pack size?+
Yes — same chemical, different HSN by pack, different rate. Mapped per SKU. The invoice picks the right line automatically.
