What does GST exclusive mean?
The price you see is before tax. We add 18% GST at billing. So the Pro annual plan at ₹1,399/month is invoiced at ₹1,651 with GST — and the GST is fully claimable as input tax credit if you're registered.
Can I switch plans mid-term?
Yes. Upgrade anytime, the difference is pro-rated for the remainder of your term. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so no surprise refunds.
What happens if I cross my monthly order limit?
Nothing breaks. We notify you, let you finish the month, and recommend the next plan. Frequent overflow = clear signal you've outgrown your tier.
Is there a free trial?
14 days on Pro and Elite + AI, no credit card. Growth has no trial — start it directly, cancel within 7 days for a full refund if it's not for you.
Do add-ons require a contract?
No. Add or remove any add-on at the next billing boundary. Inventory is annual, the others are monthly. No lock-in beyond the term you've chosen.
How does the Tally integration work?
One-time mapping setup (items + customers), then every confirmed order auto-posts to Tally as a sales voucher. Two-way sync brings stock and ledger balances back into Biizline.
Can I get a custom on-prem deployment?
Yes — that's Enterprise. We deploy on your own server or cloud, hand you the keys, and provide setup + training. Talk to our team for sizing.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Full export — orders, customers, products, invoices — as CSV and PDF. Account stays in read-only mode for 90 days, then permanently deleted on request.
